Dropcontact needs first name + last name + company name as a bare minimum to find verified professional emails. If any of these fields are missing or incomplete in your file, the enrichment won't work.

• Double-check your file has all three required fields populated
• Make sure names aren't swapped or combined in one field
• Verify company names are spelled correctly (typos happen!)

2. Unrecognized Column Headers

Dropcontact automatically detects your file's column headers to identify which data to enrich. If your columns aren't clearly named, the algorithm won't be able to recognize them properly.

Common issues:

• Missing or empty headers
• Non-standard column names (e.g., "LeadFirstName" instead of "First Name")
• Files without a header row
• Mixed data in columns (e.g., first name and last name in the same column)

How to check:

• Make sure your file has a first row with clear headers

• Keep data separated in distinct columns

Here's the reality: Dropcontact is built for B2B professionals who use corporate email addresses (like name@company.com).

We're not a good fit if you're targeting:

• Freelancers or independent professionals who primarily use personal emails (@gmail.com, @outlook.com, etc.)
