Contact GDPR request: how to stop Dropcontact from enriching their data

What to do when you receive a deletion request:

Has one of your contacts sent you a request to delete their information in accordance with the GDPR?
After such a request, you must delete the email and cell phone number of the person within 30 days.

How to deal with a deletion request in your CRM?

If you still wish to keep the contact's record and history in your CRM, simply replace their email with gpdr@mydomain.com. For example, if Denis Cohen makes a GDPR request, simply replace denis@dropcontact.io with gdpr@dropcontact.io.

🛑 Dropcontact will then automatically stop processing and enriching this record.

Clean, enriched data. Automatically.
