Can I stop my subscription?

Cancel Your Subscription, No Commitment

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, directly from the app, under the "My Account" tab. There's no long-term commitment: cancellation takes effect at your next monthly renewal date.

What Happens to My Credits If I Cancel?

Your credits remain available until your cancellation date. Once the subscription ends, the credit balance resets to zero.

Example, one-time need: you can subscribe and cancel right away. You'll still have a full month to use your credits before the period ends.

Accumulated Credits? Consider Downgrading Instead

If you've built up unused credits and don't want to lose them, an alternative to cancelling is downgrading to our smallest plan, Growth (500 credits/month). This lets you keep your accumulated credits and use them gradually, at a lower cost, over the following periods.

Carrying Credits Over Month to Month

With the Credit Carry-over option, available on the Growth plan, unused credits roll over from one month to the next as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, credits remain available until your cancellation date, just like any subscription.
